& most of the time thats when my negitive thoughts come in,
idk why.

i think weird shit,
stuff im afraid to say out loud.

it can be as simple as school & as complex as dying.
( lol im not phsyco either btw )
i really probally just need to be sleep.
all i know is its crazy to think that way but i dont know how to stop.
